The study examined the influence of organizational learning on humanitarian aid response in arid and semi-arid areas Kenya. research question specifically focused understanding relationship between effectiveness these regions. used a positivism approach explanatory design. population was 5996 sample size 375 obtained using Yamane formula. Structured questionnaires interview guides were to collect data. stratified random technique select respondents. Qualitative data analyzed content analysis presented prose form. Moreover, SPSS Version 25 organize quantitative descriptive inferential statistics tables graphs. results showed that is positively significantly related Arid Semi-Arid Kenya (β=0.583, p=0.000) respectively. null hypothesis rejected. Therefore, has significant concludes increases skills employees this improves response. Organizational entails continuous combination, transfer conversion different kinds knowledge workforce. stimulates team members be submissive organization's objectives maintain high performance projects.  recommended management NGOs involved should focus more learning. Humanitarian organizations consider key determining employees' satisfaction. By recognizing importance driving employee satisfaction, can create supportive empowering work environment fosters growth development.
